Hold the Amethyst stone in your palm or place it at your heart. Close your eyes. Take a deep inhale through your nose... and a long, slow exhale through your mouth.

Warm a few drops of ISUN Amethyst Body Oil between your hands. Gently massage into your shoulders and neck using slow, circular motions, focusing on areas where you carry stress.
