Hold the Amethyst stone in your palm or place it at your heart. Close your eyes. Take a deep inhale through your nose... and a long, slow exhale through your mouth.

Warm a few drops of ISUN Amethyst Body Oil between your hands. Gently massage into your shoulders and neck using slow, circular motions, focusing on areas where you carry stress.

Place the Amethyst stone gently on your forehead (third eye), or wherever feels right. Sit or lie quietly and listen to the guided meditation.
